Jo Wood, the 68-year-old former model and ex-wife of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, has revealed her belief in extra-terrestrials and the possibility that she may have been abducted by aliens in the past. In an interview with The Daily Star newspaper, Wood discussed her experiences with unexplained phenomena and her growing interest in all things alien.
Wood shared her suspicions about potential alien abductions, stating, “I wouldn’t be surprised if I’ve been abducted by aliens but had my memory wiped.” She went on to describe dreams of floating and flying solo, wondering if these experiences could be connected to her being abducted and then returning to Earth.
The model’s fascination with extraterrestrial life was sparked by her first alleged alien sighting in Brazil. According to Wood, her then-husband Ronnie called her attention to something in the sky. She recalled, “Out over the sea was a thing with lights reflecting on the water. It lifted, went to the right, and shot across the sky at an unbelievable speed.”
This experience ignited Wood’s curiosity about the existence of otherworldly beings. She expressed her belief that there are both benevolent and malevolent extraterrestrials, with the former simply observing the beauty of Earth, while the latter may have more sinister intentions.
Despite their 2009 divorce, Jo Wood remains on good terms with Ronnie and other members of the Rolling Stones. She mentioned being able to call him or Keith Richards if she ever needed help or support. Wood emphasized the importance of maintaining these relationships for the sake of their children and grandchildren.
While Jo Wood’s belief in alien life and possible abductions may raise eyebrows, her story highlights the enduring human fascination with the unknown and our place in the universe.
